  • What should I wear for my session and how many outfits can I bring?
    Something comfortable but classic. These pictures are going to represent a special time in your life so make them into something that will never go out of style. Stay away from bright colors. Also the sessions are set for 1 outfit only, no outfit changes unless specified under session info (Senior, Quince, etc.) If you are wanting outfit changes included you will need to book an extended session which would be in 30 minute increments. These session extensions will be $65 for 30 additional minutes.
  • Do you provide a cake and balloons for a cake smash?
    Cakes and Balloons are not provided for the session by 3 Pretty Girls Photography but I can offer up some suggestions on where to get them and what to avoid. HEB and Kroger both can do a good job for a smash cake. Both are reasonably priced and have an easy cancelation policy if the session is canceled with a 24 hr notice. Fondant cakes might look great but they are overpriced for what you are wanting in a smash cake and the majority of kids do not prefer the texture or taste of them.
  • What if I am running late?
    If you are late you either have the option of having a short session or rescheduling for a $35.00 fee as there might be another session directly after your session. Your time and mine is valuable so please plan for the session accordingly. Have all outfits, the driving distance and payment ready the night before the session (if using cash). Check traffic the morning of as well. If for any instance you think you are going to be late please let me know ASAP. Make sure kids are dressed and ready as well as other people that plan to be in the photos. Session starts on agreed appointment time. So arriving on start time is late. Plan for parking and walking to session spot.
  • Can I get my pictures early?
    For expedited pictures earlier than the 14 day turnaround this can be done for an additional fee of $75.00. I do my best to get everyone's pictures on time, in doing so I go in order from when the session was completed to ensure proper turnaround time. I know that you are excited and I promise I am taking care of the sessions as they come and have not forgotten you but please refrain from asking about getting them early unless you paid for the expedited fee the day of the session. Even getting one quick picture over is not a quick task as I have to go through and find the best pictures plus edit before sending over to you taking time away from another session that might be waiting as well.
  • Is it possible to make a payment plan for session?
    3 Pretty Girls Photography will from time to time work with clients on a payment plan to help them if they are financially unable to pay the full balance at one time. Payment plans must be discussed with 3 Pretty Girls Photography and all payments must be made before the day of the session at whatever increment is discussed.
  • Can you send me every picture that you have from the session?
    3 Pretty Girls Photography will not send over every picture from the session for you to have. We carefully go through and cull the pictures down to what best represents the session and will provide the best possible pictures from the session. Sessions as need be will have head swaps especially when its dealing with small children, the pictures I send over are the best of what the session provided with made changes. I will not head swap adults or make unnecessary head swaps. All head swaps are at my discretion. No guarantee a head swap can be done. Not all poses are guaranteed and not all pictures will be in black and white. The sessions are photographed in a way that doesn't show the end product of the pictures. Below is a sample of what pictures look like before and after editing. (Not all images will have the same transformation)
  • Can I reschedule my session?
    You are allowed to reschedule once for emergencies or sickness. Any additional reschedules past the first time will forfeit the deposit if one has been requested. If you are trying to cancel without a 48 hour notice the deposit is forfeited and an additional deposit will be requested to re-book.
  • Are my pictures done yet?
    Your pictures will be delivered to you by 11:59pm 2 weeks from the date of the session. If your session was on a weekend or a holiday occured during the time right after the session please allow an additional 2 day turnaround. I looooove photography, but I love my girls more. I am available M-F and enjoy spending the weekends with my kids. I will shoot for a couple hours on the weekend, but after that I turn it off and focus on them. Thanks for understanding.
  • Can I get a session on school holidays and regular holidays?
    Yes you can but the weekend fee still applies for school holidays (excluding spring break, summer, Thanksgiving week besides Thanksgiving and black friday, Christmas vacation except Christmas Eve and Day,) and any regular holidays that might be worked. Weekend fee for school holidays includes Martin Luther King Jr Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Labor Day
  • Where do you shoot at?
    All my shoots are done in the Spring/Woodlands/Tomball areas. I shoot at a variety of parks and locations over here that I am familiar with setups and lighting to provide the best session I can for you. There is a travel fee determined by location and distance for anything outside the areas listed above that I do not frequent. This can be discussed while booking the session and if agreed upon. Not all locations can be used. Sessions are set before the session, no changes or add ons will be made unless made by 3 Pretty Girls Photography. Sorry but no last minute my favorite spot is here, my school is around the corner etc. Sessions are designed to maximize the time and provide you with a great experience with our agreed upon spots. For any entrance fees or parking cost these are to be incurred by the client and invoiced.
  • Can I get my mini deposit back?
    All mini deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other mini sessions or regular sessions. A lot of work and additional cost go into making the mini sessions a great event for all who book. A lot of times these are with specialty props and or rented items that the amount is paid in advance for. Upon booking you are committing to the deposit regardless if you decide to do the session or not.
  • Can I add more family or additional kids to individual sessions or mini sessions?
    All sessions that involve family are meant for immediate family. Parents and kids only. All birthday sessions are for the birthday kid only. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, best friends, neighbors, pets etc. are an additional cost which is determined by the amount of people being included into the session. Newborns are for the newborn only. Parents and siblings can be added for an additional $50 to accommodate the additional time.
